The Union City Community Center included the renovation of the existing historic school building, as well as an addition of a new gymnasium and connector annex wing to connect the two. The enclosed gymnasium features a AAU regulation sized basketball court and retractable bleacher seating.
Renovations to the existing school incorporated the addition of a 140-seat auditorium with a small stage area, a conference center and lounge area, activity room, multipurpose rooms, instructional classrooms, food preparation and serving area, and dining space.
