Situated on seven acres of land, the Corner Market is a mixed-use village that features retail, restaurant and office space in ten buildings. Each building features a unique design meant to emulate a nostalgic “Main Street” turn of the century style architecture. 

The village includes pedestrian links to the surrounding community and is interspersed with green space, a fountain, decorative pavers, walking trails, and park furnishings. The centerpiece of the development is a 60 foot tall tower.

The buildings, site layout and landscape include several sustainable design features, including pervious paving and rain water harvesting. Rain water is recycled to irrigate all the green space.
