Construction of new administration building and Union Hall for Teamsters Local Union 278.
The administration building is a single-story, steel structure with a brick façade. Includes a two-story rotunda. The building consists of office spaces, meeting rooms, classrooms, and a fitness area.
The Union Hall is a single-story, pre-engineered metal building with a corrugated metal panel façade. The building consists of a main meeting hall, gang restrooms, vending areas, and a stage with wheelchair access.
Demolition of the existing Admin Building will begin once the new Admin Building is operational, and be replaced by a parking lot.
The site includes the installation of a large detention pond, bioretention basin, site utilities, curb & gutter, and asphalt paving.
