Stoddards Range and Gun

Atlanta, GA

Market: Renovations; Retail;
Delivery Method & Services: Construction Management At Risk;
Project Size: 10,600 SF

This project is an adaptive re-use of an existing industrial building that had been used as a plumbing supply warehouse. The renovation will create space within the existing 37,200 SF space for a 24-lane indoor firing range (approximately 10,600 SF), with retail space, offices and indoor parking. The firing range is constructed with cast-in-place walls and an elevated post-tension concrete slab. There are three firing bays of 8-lanes each. The majority of the flooring is constructed using polished concrete with carpet being used in the offices. Finishes consist of gypsum walls with tile in the restrooms. Most of the ceilings are exposed to maintain the industrial feel of the building.

Security is of high importance to the Owner so there are several coiling counter shutters covering windows and storefront, a state-of-the-art security, and access control systems. The range will be for public use and available to local law enforcement 24-hours a day.

"The project team did a great job of coordination and execution. Hogan delivered a quality building that we are proud of!"

- Michael Halbreich, Owner, Stoddards Range and Gun
