The project is a new 131'-4" width x 220'-5" warehouse addition to an existing industrial building. total new square footage is 28,930 sf. The new addition will house three large scale laser cutting units and a tower storage unit for the activities related to the operation of this equipment, as well as a small office and a single restroom is included.
The
renovation of the existing 2,625SF area include new office, adding new
restrooms and breakroom serving the entire building.
