Gwinnett County and the City of Lilburn collaborated to replace two aging facilities with a new 47,213 SF library and city hall complex. The new 24,000 SF City Hall contains administrative offices, a large meeting room, work stations, conference room, and council chambers. The library consists of 18,000 SF and doubles in size of the original library. The two separate wings of City Hall and the Library are joined together by 5,000 SF of community and support space.

"Hogan provided a quality building for both the Library and City. The resulting building is a new gem for the redevelopment of a new Lilburn City Center. It is expected that this project will facilitate high quality economic development of this new City Center within the near future."

- Gray Booth, Project Manager, Gwinnett County
