The two story expansion to the Gwinnett County Police Training Center is a steel structure with the exterior consisting of Brick, Cast Stone and EIFS. Roofing is standing seam metal at the mansard and TPO at the flat portion. The building has a large multipurpose room, locker rooms, staff training room, and classrooms. There is a single car traction elevator. The building will tie into the existing structure and will be LEED certified.
