New ground-up precast fire station. Upon completion next spring, the 13,000-square-foot facility will house a 3-bay fire station and mini-police precinct. with living quarters, a kitchen, a state-of-the-art conference room, parking lots, a detention pond, and site work.
The unique construction associated with this project is the precast insulated wall panels with thin brick and integral colored concrete.
