Built in 1983, the 19-story building overlooks the International Peace Fountain Plaza and Woodruff Park near Atlanta’s Five Points in Downtown Atlanta. Formerly known as the Georgia Pacific Plaza, GSU purchased the building for $33.5 million in 2013.
Hogan's team performed the $12 million interior renovation on the 2nd, 4th, 7th and 9th floors, including upgraded technology, research spaces, computer labs, collaborative spaces, classrooms, and faculty offices. The property now serve as the new location for Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies (AYSPS).
