Fowler YMCA Senior Center & Teen Center
Norcross, Georgia
Hogan completed two simultaneous additions to the occupied Fowler YMCA Facility. The addition totaled 21,000 SF. The Senior Center accommodates a new kitchen, classrooms, offices and a fitness center. The Teen Center includes an aerobics center, sports floor, stage, expanded locker rooms, and a laundry area.
Sustainable building methods were incorporated and the project was awarded a LEED Silver certification.
