Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority Administration

Hogan Construction Group and CROFT are partnering to provide design-build services to the Douglasville Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority. DDCWSA has seen constant growth over the years and was in need of additional administrative space and parking. Their original idea was to build a separate building adjacent to their existing facility. Hogan and Croft proposed the idea of doing a 16,000 SF addition to their existing facility to save on cost and allow them to utilize adjacent land for parking and outdoor spaces.

The new addition will include offices, conference rooms, and a new break room for the employees of DDCWSA. By including the staff input during the design phase, we managed to be able to provide them with their dream outdoor gazebos and walking trails, while staying within the budget. The project is also going to include the renovation of areas of the existing building. This will include, new finishes, new cubicles and office furniture, a more efficient layout of their main office space, as well, as updating their existing bathrooms and breakrooms.
