City of Suwanee Municipal Court Addition and Renovations

This is a 3-story addition and renovation for the City of Suwanee.   The base building is approximately 3,100 SF and 2,014 SF below grade.   Elements of the project included the following:
- Renovation of the existing interior to provide a larger lobby and improved circulation in the work space for Court employees. 
-  Expansion of the main level to provides additional office space, restrooms and secure circulation. 
-  Relocation and installation of all utilities for the building including telephone, data and cable. 
-  Building access comparable with the City’s existing card reader system. 
-  Security System 
-  Site Development for expanded parking to include relocation of existing curb cut on Buford Highway, grading, storm drainage, site retaining wall, paving, landscaping and exterior site lighting.
