This project consists of a new one-story 14,000 SF ground-up medical office building on 3.68 acres. Sitework package includes new site utilities and the construction of a new 530 LF concrete retaining wall. The building structure will be conventional steel consisting of masonry veneer, architectural panels, and metal composite panels facade. The building includes 17 exam rooms, multiple treatment and procedure rooms. Also, the building features an in-house pharmacy and lab.
