STAR EV, a leading manufacturer of electric vehicles selected Hogan to provide Design-Build services for their new campus expansion. A new 17,000 SF two-story headquarters was added to the existing campus, as well as a 42,000 SF pre-engineered metal building to house LSV, golf carts, off-road carts, and other recreational vehicle assembly.
