Tenants Kite Hill Brewing Co. and Elos Technologies received upfit services. Kite Hill is Clemson’s first brewing company featuring an outdoor area with a roll-up door, patio, and enclosed lawn. Modifications for Elos showcase a modern office design complete with flexible workspaces.
