Northwestern Middle School Renovation and Media Center

Northwestern Middle School’s 2019 renovation was largely focused on a complete HVAC system replacement. The electrical distribution system in its entirety was replaced, as well as most plumbing and lighting fixtures. Hogan replaced a majority of the existing finishes throughout the school including over 77,000 SF of VCT, over 50,000 SF of Ceiling Tile, over 150,000 SF of new paint throughout the school, as well as casework through most of the classrooms. There were some exterior improvements but most minor. All work until 5/25/19 was completed between the hours of 5 pm and 6 am Monday through Friday and 3 shifts during the weekend. All work between 5/25/19 and 8/2/19 was conducted in 3 shifts, 24 hours a day.
