Lander University Moran Assembly Plaza Renovations
Renovations for the Moran Assembly Plaza consisted of three stages that tied into one another. This involved the demolition of existing sidewalks, pavers, and trees, as well as reconstruction of the plaza. The project provided improved pedestrian circulation through the construction of new concrete and brick paver pedestrian plazas, masonry walls, ADA-compliant walkways, and a building approach. The focal point of the new entrance is the cascading fountain.
The scope of work incorporated stormwater improvements, grading, utilities, asphalt, concrete and brick paving, landscaping, lighting, fountains, and masonry.
