Harpers Plaza (Completion Fall 2023)

A new 6,694 SF, two-story building is under construction as part of the City of Seneca's ongoing downtown redevelopment, replicating the historic design of the neighboring buildings. Approximately 4,000 SF of the building next door will be renovated and connected to the new structure by an entrance gate. The Harper’s Plaza mixed-use development project will be complemented by a pocket park accessible to the public.
