The new two-story, 19,839-sq. ft. Fire Headquarters is a replacement for the current CCFES administration building in Riverdale. Since the original facility opened in 1990, the organization has more than tripled in size. The new 3-bay, 10,689-sq. ft. Fire Station No. 1 will replace the current 38-year-old building.
The building has apparatus bays and associated support spaces, offices, breakroom, kitchen, exercise room, sleeping quarters, and building support spaces. The building has offices, breakroom, conference room, medical clinic, balcony, elevator, sprinkler system, and building support spaces.
