City of Atlanta - Public Safety Annex

The Atlanta Public Safety Annex is a $20 million adaptive re-use renovation project that included the renovation of the existing 105,000 SF warehouse, demolition of the 15,000 SF one-story building, and the addition of an 80,000 SF three-story office building. The site work contained a large underground detention system, a rainwater reclamation system, additional parking, and a pre-engineered building that was utilized by the police as an impound storage area.

Public Safety Annex is the City’s third LEED certified facility and the first
to achieve LEED Gold certification.
