DBB offers clearly defined roles for the parties involved and is usually how lowest bid is selected. Owners without a qualification type program will use this method.

With DBB the Owner retains more control over the project with the individual selection of an architect. With Design-Bid-Build, the owner engages an architect to prepare the design of the complete facility, and establishes a set date for any licensed contractor to bid on the project.

We provide Project Management and engage subcontractors to provide various aspects of the project. The selected contractor is then responsible for building the facility according to the design.
