Seneca Light & Water Operations & Maintenance Facility: Seneca, SC

The Seneca Light and Water Warehouse Facilities project was Phase One of a multi-tiered initiative to consolidate and upgrade the operations facilities of Seneca’s municipal power and water distribution, and sewer collection agencies. This facility encompasses approximately 2.4 acres of fenced, concrete-paved staging area with clearly defined areas for raw material, power pole, cable reel, transformer, and pipe storage. Three sixty foot long, eighteen foot tall, three-tiered, double-sided storage racks provide additional organized storage capacity. A 2,700 SF warehouse facility with truck dock and at-grade truck entrance accommodates secure, organized storage of stock items and office space for the warehouse manager. An adjacent 1,375 SF covered wash bay equipped with a heated pressure washing system and integral sand oil separator enables employees to maintain equipment safely in an environmentally sensitive manner.
