MBE/DBE:

It is Hogan's policy to actively encourage participation from Minorities and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises on all projects. In a partnering effort and to increase Minority & DBE participation, Hogan often forms Joint Ventures with up and coming companies. It has been Hogan's experience that the mentoring relationships established by these ventures has allowed many firms to participate in projects that would otherwise be unavailable to them.

The success of Hogan's Minority and DBE program can be attributed to a proactive culture of seeking win/win relationships with Minority and DBE firms. Hogan strives to create successful partnerships by marrying opportunities and companies, thus ensuring both the company and project are successful.
