Title MARKETING COORDINATOR

Hogan Construction Group seeks qualified candidates for the position of Marketing Coordinator in our Atlanta, GA headquarters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, great under pressure, deadline conscious, good at both independent and team work, with excellent writing and graphic design skills. Three+ years of experience, preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry is desired. Proficiency with Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, including Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is critical. Experience with Cosential CRM and Publisher software is a plus.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule, prepare, and produce ITB, RFQ and RFP response documents.
  • Prepare and produce Statement of Qualifications.
  • Prepare materials for shortlist interviews, including presentations, boards, and/or hand-outs.
  • Draft, edit, update, maintain, and organize marketing collateral, including proposal content, project summaries, project data sheets, resumes, brochures, case studies, and PowerPoint presentations to ensure content is accurate, tailored, and client-specific.
  • Assist with tradeshow planning and marketing.
  • Assist with coordination of headshots, event, and project photography.
  • Manage staff, client, and project data using Cosential CRM, Office 365, Procore, and other software.
  • Assist with tracking leads, opportunities, pursuits, current and past projects, business contacts, and accounts in Cosential CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Coordinate and assist with submission of awards applications.
  • Produce monthly newsletter.
  • Create or order stationery, business cards, Christmas cards, job signs, etc.
  • Order and maintain promotional items.
  • Update Website.
  • Provide support to branch offices.
  • Perform additional support and/or administrative tasks, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS or BA in marketing, communications, or a related field a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (preferably within the A/E/C industry).
  • Experience in the preparation of proposals and qualifications and the ability to follow explicit instructions given in ITB/RFQ/RFPs.
  • Exceptional writing skills.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience with proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Cosential CRM and Publisher a plus.

The Project Engineer is to assist the Project Management and Field Staff in the technical day-to-day project management responsibilities of the project to which he/she is assigned. This is an entry level position.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MAJOR CONSTRUCTION DUTIES

  • Check shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents

  • Perform duties assigned periodically by supervisor
  • Monitor delivery of material from vendors and assist in coordination of these deliveries

Title PROJECT MANAGERS – ALL LOCATIONS

Provide overall administrative and technical direction for one large, complex project or multiple, small and/or medium size projects.  Responsibilities include customer interface, project scoping, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, safety oversight, cost and progress monitoring, management and reporting.  Project types include small to medium and large construction projects in Healthcare, Industrial and Manufacturing, Primary and Higher Education, Government and Cultural markets.  Delivery methods will include General Contracting, Design-Build and Construction Manager at Risk.

TYPICAL DUTIES:

  • Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
  • Includes interfacing with client representatives, A/E representatives, subcontractors, security, etc.
  • Request support from company specialists (Safety, Procurement, Scheduling, etc) as needed on assigned project(s).
  • Authorize/approve all project purchase requisitions, change requests, etc.
  • Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to. Interpret policies as required.
  • Maintain official project logs and documentation files.
  • Assist with implementation/interpretation of safety programs.
  • Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
  • Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related degree preferred.
  • Five-Fifteen years supervisory or equivalent experience in similar type facility construction.   Residential construction is not equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); Company policies, procedures and standards; and union jurisdiction, labor agreements, negotiations essential.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills required.
