Superintendent

Hogan Construction Group, LLC is seeking to add an experienced Superintendent to the team with the following qualifications:  

• Applicable OSHA Training
• Technical knowledge, skills and abilities to oversee commercial construction projects
• Ability to coordinate all jobsite activities in an efficient, cost effective and safe manner
• Ability to mobilize Subcontractors, coordinate and schedule work, complete reports, and document jobsite activities effectively
• Possess time management, negotiation, leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
• Experience as a General Contracting Superintendent for five years or relevant work experience on similar type construction
• Ability to use basic computer programs and e-mail
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Estimating and Project Buyout experience a plus
