Project Manager

Hogan Construction Group, LLC is seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team with the following qualifications:  

• Must possess technical knowledge and business skills associated with the commercial construction process
• Degree and five years construction experience or eight years of equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of MS Office and construction software such as MS Project, Suretrak, and P3
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Ability to coordinate all jobsite activities in an efficient, cost effective and safe manner
• Ability to interpret construction contracts
• Ability to effectively communicate with Owners, Subcontractors, and Co-workers verbally and through written correspondence
• Field and/or Estimating experience a plus
