Clarkston High School: Clarkston, Georgia

Since moving to its current location in 1964, Clarkston High School has provided a unique learning experience to a diverse group of students from 54 countries. Hogan was responsible for providing construction management services to renovate the aging facility and add much-needed learning space to support the growing population.

The 16-phase project included the addition of an auditorium and choral rooms to the side of the main facility. Renovation work was completed in 13 phases and covered the entire school. Hogan moved in temporary trailers for students and moved them back in as soon as each phase of work was completed. Renovation work covered MEP systems, ceiling, paint and flooring.
