Butts County Administrative, Superior Court and Library Facility: Jackson, Georgia

Hogan Construction Group provided construction services for the Butts County’s Administrative Building, Superior Court and Library. The project involved adaptive reuse of a 30,000 square foot former strip retail center into a county administration facility, renovation of a classic main street storefront into a modern Court Clerk’s office, and an addition/interior renovation to the community’s public library.

The library renovation was completed while the facility was occupied with no interruption to the daily activity of the patrons.
